Step 1

Does your User ID and/or Password meet the new requirements?

If your existing User ID and/or Password does not meet the new minimum requirements you will be prompted to change your login credentials to meet the requirements.  To avoid any potential service interruption we recommend you review the requirements below and adjust your User ID and/or Password if needed before the upgrade on June 19, 2013.  Once you have reviewed the new requirements click on Step 2 to become familiar with the new login process that will be put in place on June 19, 2013.

If you need to change your User ID and/or Password to meet the new requirements please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your Online Banking Account and go to "User Options."
  2. Click “Change Customer ID or User ID” to update.
  3. Create a new ID and password that meet these new requirements.

Here are the new requirements:

  • Must be between 6 and 20 characters.
  • Must contain at least one letter.
  • Can contain numbers and/or these
    Special characters: @$_-=.!~
  • Must be between 8 and 32 characters
  • Must contain a combination of:
    • Letters and numbers, or
    • Letters and special characters, or
    • Numbers and special characters.
