The Capital Bank Business Mobile Banking App for the iPhone and Android devices is a service that enables you to access your account information, transfer money, make and approve payments, track balances and more from a smartphone or tablet with Internet access from either a WIFI source or a cellular network.

You can add the convenience of accessing your accounts balances and history, transfers, and approving Cash Management transactions on your mobile device. It's simple to get started. First you must download our Mobile App from the App Store for your mobile device. You can do this either from your mobile phone, tablet or computer. If you do access our App from your computer, the App will install on the mobile phone the next time the phone is plugged in to the computer.

Once you download the App, you log in with the same login credentials that you use for online banking. No separate or different registration is required. Once logged in, you can:

- Make Transfers – you must have more than one account on online banking for this functionality to be available on mobile banking.

- Find an ATM/Branch – you can use the App to locate the ATM or branch nearest your location.

Device Minimum Requirements:
- Apple iPhone – 4.3 or higher
- Apple iPod touch – 4.3 or higher
- Apple iPad – 4.3 or higher
The minimum requirements for the Apple version of the mobile banking application will be listed in iTunes when searching for the application. iTunes will list the devices that the application is compatible with as well as the iOS (operating system version).
If the user does have the most current iOS or operating system available they should connect their device to any PC or Mac running iTunes and install the latest version.
- Android Devices – 2.1 or higher
- Device must meet minimum specification required by the app or the App will not be displayed to the device by the store.
While Capital Bank does not charge a fee for Capital Bank Mobile Banking services, normal data rates apply for each respective mobile carrier.
