9 years ago, I joined the Bank as a Teller and then was promoted to Personal Banker. After a year I moved into an Assistant Manager role. In this position, I developed the supervisory and lending skills that positioned me to apply for a manager role. I have now been a Branch Manager for 2 years.
Amy, North Carolina
I started as a Teller 6 six years ago. After moving up in the branch, Capital Bank University had an opening and I worked for 4 years in the training department team before moving into a management role in the Bank.
Kali, North Carolina
Diversity is important to me. Capital Bank is a place where I feel welcome and part of a great team. The focus isn’t on our differences, but on how well we meet our customers’ needs. In the four years I’ve been here, I’ve been able to advance with the company and that’s been very satisfying.
After joining the Bank as an Accounting Clerk, I was able to transfer to the car loan department. Four years later I was promoted to a supervisor role and today I manage the department.
