Online Banking is a free service for Capital Bank customers when used to perform basic banking functions.

Signing up for Online Banking is easy. To enroll in this free service, visit our homepage and locate Online Banking;
Online Banking is best viewed at a screen resolution of 1024 x 768.
To check your screen resolution, follow the steps for the appropriate operating system:
Windows 95 or higher
Macintosh OS version 9.0 or higher
Your Username is not case sensitive, Passwords are case sensitive. Be careful of mistakenly pressing the CAPS LOCK key on your keyboard. A common reason for getting locked out of Online Banking is due to the CAPS LOCK being turned on.
If you know your current password and want to change it, simply login to your Online Banking and complete the following steps.
If you cannot access your online banking account, please do one of the following:
A Capital Bank associate will work with you to resolve the issue. Capital Bank associates can only assist with Online Banking issues, not personal computer or Internet connection problems.
Using Online Banking, you can view all of your Capital Bank accounts . You must be a signer on the account to be able to view the account online. Access to perform certain transactions on loan accounts may be limited.

The versions that provide the best integration with Online Banking are Quicken 2001 and higher and Microsoft Money 2000 and higher.
The Export Transactions button allows your account information to be exported for use in an Excel spreadsheet or a financial management program such as Quicken or Microsoft Money.
To export your account:
After the DOWNLOAD button has been pressed, the file will be exported and will need to be saved to the directory that you have chosen and from there may be imported into the application of your choice.
To exit or log out of Online Banking, click the LOGOUT button. While you are logged into Online Banking, you have an online session running on our bank's host computer system. By clicking on the LOGOUT button, you are properly closing your connection to the host system and helping to insure that your next login will be successful!
