Capital Bank’s Telephone Banking, allows you to access your account balances, account history, pending ACH transactions, as well as schedule immediate or recurring transfers.
Getting started is easy. Call our Customer Service number at 1-800-639-5111 and follow the prompt for automated account information. Enter your account number and established PIN. (Note: new users will be prompted to establish a PIN upon initial setup)
Telephone Banking Features:
- Voice Recognition – Conveniently access all your account information without having to use your phone’s keypad.
- Immediate or Future Dated Funds Transfers – Retrieve scheduled transaction information or delete future-dated scheduled transactions.
- Future Dated ACH Transactions – Get a heads up on pending ACH Deposits; including when you can expect the funds to be available in your account.
- Connect with a Customer Service Representative – Have a question about your account? Connect with a Customer Service Representative with the touch of a button. (Available only during Customer Service hours of operation)
