Your Debit Card is becoming a Capital Bank Visa Debit Card
Enjoy the benefits of Visa

We’re transitioning your Capital Bank Debit MasterCard® to a First Tennessee Visa® Debit Card.

Here’s what that means for you:

What’s happening?

  • First Tennessee is transitioning all customers to Visa Debit Card.
  • You’ll be receiving a new debit card with the Visa logo between March – early April 2019. This will replace your current Debit MasterCard.
  • Your Debit MasterCard will no longer be active as of April 30.
  • There’s no cost associated with this change.

What will change?

  • Your card type (Visa), card number, expiration date, and 3-digit security code (on the back of the card) will change.
  • If you currently have any recurring or automatic bill payments with your Debit MasterCard, you will need to provide your merchants, billers, or other service providers with your new Visa Debit Card information.

What will stay the same?

  • Your basic account terms.
  • Your PIN.
  • Our commitment to your security and satisfaction.
